The pots of the Alba line are covered with an extremely resistant, multi-layer non-stick coating. -Keravis TI-Xstick, 4.5 mm thick. This surface is additionally enriched with a titanium layer, which makes it resistant to bulges, abrasion and scratches. The thick, aluminum bottom of the pot with a new "Radiant" pattern is reinforced with stainless steel, making the Alba pot perfect for use on induction cookers. They can also be used in all other types of cookers - ceramic, electric, gas and halogen. The advantage of the reinforced bottom is also the storage of heat, which is then released to the prepared dish. This makes cooking shorter, more effective and energy-saving.
The "Radiant" bottom pattern of the Ballarini patent ensures even more even heat distribution, which translates into stable heating of the usable surface.
