Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect personal data, which is why we have developed the document below specifying issues related to the collection and processing of data entrusted to us by users of the www.all4home.pl website. The privacy policy is constantly monitored to ensure respect for consumer rights and 100% compliance with its provisions with current Polish law and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Customer databases have been registered with the GIODO Office under numbers: 145021, 145026, 145027.

§1. General Provisions

1. This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by customers in connection with their use of the services of the Service Provider through the Store.

2. Terms used in the Regulations remain in the same meaning in this Privacy Policy.

3. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the privacy and protection of information provided by customers when using the Store and making purchases within the Store, and for this purpose, takes all necessary actions.

§2. Administrator of Personal Data

1. The administrator of personal data of customers provided in connection with their use of services through the Store (hereinafter: "Personal Data") is Piotr Józefiak conducting business under the name All4home Interior Equipment Piotr Józefiak, ul. Galicyjska 12, 32-091 Michałowice, NIP 945-160-26-80, REGON 357185342, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.

2. The Administrator is obliged by law to secure processed personal data.

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

a. providing the service of managing the User's account and all related services on the www.all4home.pl Portal - the legal basis for data processing is the performance of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR);

b. concluding a sales contract through the www.all4home.pl portal - the legal basis for data processing is the performance of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR);

c. marketing purposes - the legal basis for data processing is the legally justified interest of the Company - marketing its own products and services (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR),

d. handling complaints, pursuing and defending in case of mutual claims - the legal basis for data processing is the legally justified interest of the Company – (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR),

e. sending commercial information electronically - only if the User gives consent - the legal basis for data processing is consent (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

4. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the services, unless legal regulations allow for a longer data processing period – then in the maximum legally permissible period;

5. The Administrator informs that everyone has the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The Administrator also informs that everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the UODO if they believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.

§3. Other Provisions

1. Browsing the contents of the Store does not require the Customer to provide Personal Data.

2. Placing Orders requires the Customer to provide Personal Data.

3. Ordering the newsletter service requires providing personal data.

4. Failure to provide Personal Data by the Customer will prevent placing an Order.

§4. Scope of Processing Personal Data

1. The Administrator will ask the Customer to provide the following Personal Data, which the Customer should provide to place an Order:

surname and first name,
address,
delivery address, if different from the residential address,
email address,
phone number,
and any additional information the Customer wishes to provide.

2. For the purpose of fulfilling the sales contract, the Seller may provide collected data from customers to entities involved in payment transactions and suppliers, for whom this data is necessary to make payments or deliver shipments. In such cases, the amount of transferred data is limited to the required minimum.

3. The Administrator also collects data concerning: the IP address used by the Customer, location, type and version of the browser, operating system, screen resolution, installed extensions - for statistical purposes and for more efficient resolution of reported problems, as well as the pages visited by the Customer in the Store, the amount of time spent on each of them - for statistical purposes;

4. The Administrator processes Personal Data for the purpose of providing and fulfilling the sales contract, for marketing his services and products in case of consent by the Customer, and for other legally justified purposes.

§5. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

1. Personal Data is processed based on the consent given by the Customer and in cases where legal provisions authorize the Administrator to process personal data based on legal provisions or for the purpose of fulfilling the sales contract concluded between the parties.

2. Providing Personal Data is voluntary but necessary to register or make a purchase within the Store.

§6. Commercial Information

1. The Administrator may send Customers, including to the email addresses provided by them, commercial information about the products and services of the Administrator and other products and services, provided that the Customer has given consent to receive them. The Customer can withdraw consent at any time.

2. The Administrator may process Personal Data to improve services and to adapt advertisements, materials, or recommendations displayed in the Store to the preferences or interests of the Customer, provided that the Customer has given consent to this.

§7. Use of Cookies

1. "Cookies" are text files saved by the browser on the Customer's computer's hard drive to store information used to identify the Customer or remember the history of actions taken by the Customer.

2. "Cookies" are used to identify the Customer and correctly assign historical data collected during previous visits to the Administrator's Store.

3. The Customer may refuse to consent to the placement of "Cookies" on their computer, e.g., by using browser settings.

4. In the Help section of most browsers, you can find instructions on how to disable the saving of "Cookies" by the browser.

5. In addition to cookies, the online store may also collect data routinely collected by internet system administrators in the so-called logs or log files. Information in the logs may include, among other things, your IP address, platform type and web browser, internet service provider, and the address of the page from which you entered the Website.

§8. Security

1. Connections related to filling out forms are made through a secure encrypted connection.

2. However, it is recommended to independently observe security principles. In particular, you must keep your login and password for the Store confidential and not provide them to third parties.

3. Please note that the Seller will not ask you to provide them, except when logging into the Store. To prevent unauthorized use of the account, please log out after using the Store.

§9. Transfer and Sharing of Personal Data

1. The Administrator may transfer or share Personal Data with third parties if:

a) The Customer gives consent or

b) it will be justified by legal provisions or

c) it is necessary to perform and fulfill the sales contract.

2. In the above cases, Personal Data will be transferred based on a personal data processing agreement unless legal regulations exclude this obligation. Entrusting the processing of Personal Data in a situation described in the first sentence will ensure the protection of Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act to a level at least the same as the security measures used by the Administrator.

§10. Customer Rights

1. The Administrator provides the Customer with the possibility of deleting their Personal Data from the Data Set at their request, and also in other cases, based on the provisions of the applicable law.

2. The Administrator may refuse to delete Personal Data if the Customer has not settled all liabilities towards the Administrator or has violated the Regulations or applicable legal provisions, and keeping Personal Data is necessary to determine the Customer's responsibility.

3. Each Customer has the opportunity to view and edit their Personal Data at any time within the functionality of the Store, after logging in using the email address and password. 4. Each Customer has the right to request information about the content of their Personal Data stored about them, as well as the right to request changes, blocking or deletion of data, as well as the right to correct errors, supplement or update data.
