The Patisserie series is a response to the needs of the most demanding chefs specializing in baking cakes and sweets. A wide range, various sizes, capacities and shapes, and above all, the highest quality materials from which the molds are made guarantee that baking will be simple and pleasant. All forms of the Patisserie series are made of the highest quality, health-safe thin steel, which is coated on both sides with a non-stick surface layer patented by Ballarini. This surface, called CORTAN, allows for stress-free baking without the risk of cakes sticking. It does not contain any substances harmful to health, in particular PFOA, nickel compounds or heavy metals. Production in the European Union, in the Italian Ballarini factory, guarantees that Patisserie products are safe for health and meet all quality standards. The mold has an intuitive side opening, allowing for easy and efficient removal of baked goods. It comes in two bottom configurations: a classic flat one and the other with a cone in the middle allowing for an alternative appearance of the baked goods. It is available in 3 basic sizes: 24, 26 and 28 cm. The product is not suitable for professional and industrial use.
