Christian Bitz has a Master of Science in Nutrition. Its aim is to promote healthy cuisine. As host and referee of many cooking shows in Denmark, Christian Bitz undertakes the task of popularizing healthy eating and making society healthier. Health should be based on sound science and be a wonderful and joyful experience for the individual.

An extension of Christian Bitz's idea was to create his own brand of table and kitchen accessories that use materials supporting healthy eating. The Bitz collection includes, among others:

  • tableware elements such as bowls, platters, plates and cups made of stoneware
  • consumer glass such as glasses, carafes, glasses and bottles
  • cutlery
  • spice grinders
  • decorative elements in Scandinavian style

In the development process, Christian Bitz relied on the health knowledge he acquired as a researcher. During this process, he used different material structures and colors and created designs that facilitate portion control. The idea of the brand is simple: it should be more pleasant and easier to take care of your health every day!
