In this flat-bottomed steel wok from Demeyere, you can prepare delicious Far Eastern dishes by baking, steaming, deep-frying or boiling. The seven-layer material of the wok makes it very hot in the center and cooler towards the edges, which cooks all the wok ingredients evenly.
Stir-frying - quickly turning and tossing the ingredients in a little oil - is used to preparation of vegetables, meat, fish and poultry. The inside and outside of the wok are finished with a special Silvinox® coating. Discoloration and corrosion are therefore a thing of the past. The flat base is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction. Thanks to TriplInduc technology, the energy source can be changed even during cooking without loss of efficiency. Heat conduction is optimal thanks to the use of a 2.3 mm thick multi-layer material.
