Vegetable knife from the Nordic Kitchen collection by the Danish brand Eva Solo. The knife is made of a single piece of specially hardened Japanese Damascus steel with 67 layers. The blade is handmade using the Japanese method, and its angle of inclination is 13°/15°, which makes it extremely sharp. This steel is extremely durable, with a hardness of 60 on the HRC scale. At the same time, the strong core gives the knife the right flexibility. The ergonomic handle of the knife is made of Pakkawood, which is a composite of wood and resin.
