The blades of the ZWILLING® steak knife set are 12 cm long and made of solid and durable stainless steel. The handles are made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, ABS for short. This material is very durable and resistant to external influences. The handles are slightly wider at the ends, which makes cutting meat more comfortable and prevents slipping. The handle and blade are connected by three rivets. They give the knife set a classic look that has been popular for many years and will remain so in the future.
