Chef's knife from the Nordic Kitchen collection by the Danish brand Eva Solo. The knife is made of a single piece of specially hardened Japanese Damascus steel with 67 layers. The blade is handmade using the Japanese method, and its angle of inclination is 13°/15°, which makes it extremely sharp. This steel is extremely durable, with a hardness of 60 on the HRC scale. At the same time, the strong core gives the knife the right flexibility. The ergonomic handle of the knife is made of Pakkawood, a composite of wood and resin.
