Santoku knife from the Mami collection of the Italian brand Alessi. Perfect for portioning and filleting meat and fish, boning, cutting vegetables, fruit or chopping herbs. Dimples on the blade prevent the cut products from sticking. The knife is made of AISI 420 stainless steel with a beautiful matte finish.
