In cooperation with the design studio Thun & Rodriguez from Milan Ballarini has developed a unique serving pan. The use of black powder paint gives it an authentic cast look that will look perfect on an exquisite banquet table. The perfect look is complemented by elegant, ergonomic handles made of the highest quality stainless steel, remaining pleasantly cool throughout cooking.
The dish impresses not only with its appearance. Like the entire Alba from Ballarini line, the serving pan is covered with therevolutionary Keravis-Ti-X non-stick coating, thanks to which dishes can be prepared with a minimum amount of fat, which ensures healthy, conscious cooking without fear of distorting their taste.
The bimetal bottom allows use on any type of cooker - including induction, while ensuring quick and even temperature distribution. Thanks to the additional titanium layer, the non-stick coating is durable and scratch-resistant for many years. It does not lose its properties even with daily use. The Ballarini Alba deep frying pan is a unique vessel that is useful not only when preparing or serving various dishes, but also when washing it up - just clean it with a soft sponge or kitchen towel.
SURFACE OF INDUCTION PAN
The Alba frying pan is covered with a high-quality, multi-layer non-stick coating Keravis TI-X with a thickness of 4.5 mm. It has the following features:

- High resistance to the destructive effects of the dishwasher

BOTTOM OF THE PAN
The bottom of the pan is made of high-quality aluminum and stainless steel. This makes Alba cookware perfect for use on induction cookers (and all other cookers). The double-layered bottom ensures excellent heat distribution and stability, and its thickness allows the temperature to be stored in the vessel.
