The Ceraforce® non-stick coating produces beautiful results even with minimal oil, plus it's a healthier alternative that's scratch-resistant and PTFE-free. To prevent damage, only use accessories made of wood or silicone. The vessel is made of forged aluminum, making it thick and very durable. It ensures many years of operation on all hobs, including induction. The unique Radiant® flat bottom keeps the wok in constant, stable contact with the stove.
