The Demeyere Apollo 7 low pot can be used on all types of stoves. It works particularly well on induction hobs, the efficiency of which increases by about 30% thanks to the special TriplInduc® technology. Due to the unique combination of materials, the dish can easily change heat sources - you can safely put it even in a preheated oven.
