The durable, 5-layer GRANITUM Extreme non-stick coating, 4.5 mm thick, reinforced with mineral particles enables quick and easy cooking, stewing and heating. The dish is made of forged aluminum and can be safely cleaned in the dishwasher, but to ensure even better properties, hand washing is recommended. Thanks to the special radiant induction technology developed by Ballarini, the pot can be used on all types of stoves, distributing heat quickly and evenly.
