Alba line pans are covered with an extremely resistant, multi-layer non-stick coating Keravis TI-X with a thickness of 4.5 mm. This surface is additionally enriched with a titanium layer, which makes it resistant to bulges, abrasion and scratches.

The thick, aluminum bottom of the pot is reinforced with stainless steel, making Alba pans perfect for use on induction cookers. They can also be used in all other types of cookers - ceramic, electric, gas and halogen. The advantage of the reinforced bottom is also the storage of heat, which is then released to the prepared dish. This makes frying shorter, more effective and energy-saving.
