Forged Chef's knife from the Profile series by Brabantia. Recommended especially for cutting meat, vegetables and fruit, as well as chopping. The blade is made of high-quality molybdenum-vanadium steel X50CRMOV15. The ergonomic handle is covered with plastic for comfort of use. Suitable for washing in the dishwasher, at a maximum temperature of 55°C, after washing, wipe it with a dry cloth. To maintain the sharpness and properties of the steel for a long time, it is recommended to wash it by hand, preferably with a damp cloth or sponge with a small amount of dishwashing liquid.
