Do you like cheese? We too. That's why, together with designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez, we have developed a cheese peeler that exceeds even the highest expectations. It starts with the material: the particularly dimensionally stable stainless steel is perfectly processed in the ZWILLING Pro series kitchen tools. The functional parts are firmly glued, making the cheese slicer extremely stable and durable. Because the steel is partly matte, a nice contrast between the high-gloss and matte parts is visible. The eyelet integrated with the handle is sized so that it fits comfortably on hooks of various sizes, and the handle itself fits perfectly in the hand because it has been ergonomically designed. The peeler is extremely sharp and not only allows you to cut cheese, but is also perfect for chocolate. But no matter what you use it for: it can always be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
