Robert Welch, one of the most influential British designers of the 20th century, believed that everyone should have the opportunity to use beautiful objects in their everyday life. His adventure with design began in 1955 in Chipping Campden, where Robert worked on his first designs in a small room located in an old silk factory. The client list grew longer and longer, until it finally included the best restaurants and hotels, listed companies, celebrities, world leaders and the British royal family. His most important works can be found in famous museums such as the British Museum in London, the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Victoria and Albert Museum. The most famous and appreciated collection of Robert Welch products is Signature - winner of the RedDot Design, Product Design, Good Design, Excellence in Housewares, Housewares Design and Product of the year awards.
