The serving spatula is part of the new STAUB kitchenware range, which complements our cookware range. It was designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. Matte black silicone perfectly matches our cast iron pots and pans: it is suitable for non-stick surfaces and does not scratch cast iron or ceramic products, and is temperature resistant up to 220°C, so it can also be used for cooking. The long handle is ergonomically designed and made of acacia wood, which gives it a unique look and style. The flat head slides easily under food such as grilled fish or pancakes, while the front edge cuts through soft foods such as lasagna. Three long slots prevent food from sticking and allow excess oil or sauce to flow back into the casserole dish or pot.
